Who I Am
My name is Jim Franklin. I have had over 25 years experience in Quality Assurance in North America in the areas of Quality Assurance program auditing, implementation and management as well as in Lean Manufacturing. I am a certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence through ASQ and am also a certified Trainer/Facilitator through Langevin Learning Systems. I have successfully implemented and managed Quality Management systems in accordance with the following standards: CAN-Z 299.3, ISO 9002-1987, ISO 9001-2000, QS9000, TS16949 and ISO 14000. I have written and designed training programs in Problem Solving, Procedure Documentation and ISO 9000 system implementation in both Canada and the United States.
