Who I Am
My name is Jim Franklin. I have had over 25 years experience in Quality Assurance in North America and over that time have continued to update my skills and knowledge in Quality Assurance program auditing, implementation and management as well as in Lean Manufacturing. I am also a certified Trainer/Facilitator from Langevin Learning Systems. I have successfully implemented and managed Quality Management systems in accordance with the following standards: CAN-Z 299.3, ISO 9002-1987, ISO 9001-2000, QS9000, TS16949 and ISO 14000. I have written and designed training programs in Problem Solving, Procedure Documentation and ISO 9000 system implementation in both Canada and the United States.
